• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with additional needs

• Assist the teacher with lesson delivery and classroom routines

• Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence

• Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment

• Support pupils with a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and communication difficulties

• Experience working with children or young people (in any setting) is desirable

• A calm, patient, and proactive attitude

• A passion for helping pupils with additional needs

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Relevant training or qualifications are a bonus but not essential
