• Friday to Sunday: 6:00am - 6:00pm

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Day Porter to join the team at a well-maintained residential building in the Earl's Court / Kensington Olympia area.

This is a front-facing, independent role ideally suited to someone who is reliable, courteous, and takes genuine pride in their work. You'll be the go-to person for residents during your shift, helping ensure the building is secure, clean, and welcoming at all times.

You'll be joining a small, friendly community on a long-established and well-managed estate with consistent, regular hours each week.

• Greeting residents and guests with professionalism and warmth

• Managing building access and overseeing general site security

• Assisting with parcels, deliveries, and general resident enquiries

• Maintaining cleanliness of communal areas (including bins and light cleaning duties)

• Monitoring the property for any issues and responding appropriately

• Coordinating access for contractors and service providers

• Addressing any on-site emergencies or concerns calmly and effectively

• Previous experience as a porter, concierge, caretaker, or similar front-of-house role (preferably in residential or hospitality settings)

• Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently

• Strong communication skills and a professional manner

• Able to take initiative and maintain high standards without direct supervision

• A proactive approach to solving problems and supporting residents

• Competitive salary of £31,500 per annum
