Reeson Education are supporting a well-established early years setting in South Croydon who are looking to appoint a full-time Early Years Practitioner from January. This is a permanent position, offering long-term stability within a friendly and supportive team.

Role Overview:

Full-time position within a high-quality early years setting (Pre-School, Toddlers and Babies)

January start

Permanent contract

Working with children aged 0-5 across different rooms as needed

Supporting children's learning, development, daily routines and wellbeing

Delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) - essential

Previous experience working in an early years environment

Strong understanding of EYFS standards and child development

Warm, nurturing approach with excellent communication skills

Reliable, proactive and committed to high standards of care
