Our client is looking for a Quality Engineer to join their growing team in High Wycombe. As a business, they manufacture high-performance electrical components and assemblies used in a wide range of industries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in continuous improvement, and is looking to grow within a collaborative, technically driven environment.

As a Quality Engineer, you can benefit from:
£30,000 to £37,000 salary (dependent on experience)
25 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension scheme
On-site parking

The role of a Quality Engineer will include:
Manage supplier rejections, corrective action reports and customer returns data
Supporting departmental KPIs and driving continuous improvement
Ensuring root cause is correctly identified and actioned for quality issues
Working with risk assessments to support safe and compliant processes
Creating clear, concise reports and documentation for internal use
Interpreting technical drawings and working cross-functionally with other departments

The ideal Quality Engineer should have the following skills and experience:

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams
Solid computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards (desired)
Experience with Lean tools such as 5S and Visual Management (desired)
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies such as A3 and 8D (desired)
