Trinity River Authority seeks a highly motivated individual to provide leadership at the Red Oak Creek 6.0 MGD Water reclamation plant located in rural Ellis County close to the City of Red Oak. The position will require strong leadership, supervision, budget management, and communication skills. The candidate must be able to evaluate situations, identify solutions, and determine the best available options. Candidate must be able to lead and facilitate collaboration in day to day operations and long-range planning for facilities development.

Bachelor Degree required, preferably in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering. TCEQ Class B Wastewater Operator license is required.
