Location - RG27 - Hook

Salary - £40,000 - £70,000 plus car/ car allowance, pension & healthcare

My client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team at their office-based location in RG27. Key Responsibilities:

* Utilise your expertise to accurately assess project requirements, costs, and timelines.

* Collaborate closely with our project management and engineering teams to develop comprehensive estimates.

* Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, site conditions, and materials to ensure precise cost projections.

* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance our estimation processes.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in estimation or quantity surveying within the demolition, remediation, earthworks, and civils sectors.

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications.
