Call Centre - 4-Day Working Week
OTE: £26,500 - £45,000 per annum

We are currently seeking confident and enthusiastic individuals to join our clients team in a dynamic sales environment. Previous sales experience is not required; however, a professional telephone manner and some background in customer service would be advantageous.

What We Offer:
Competitive On-Target Earnings of £26,500 - £45,000 per annum
Four-day working week (Monday to Thursday)

Key Responsibilities:

* Conducting outbound warm calls to customers who have already expressed interest

* Handling enquiries, processing applications, and booking appointments

* Building rapport and providing excellent customer service

* Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

* Meeting performance targets and KPIs

Key Skills and Attributes:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* A confident and professional telephone manner

* A positive, driven attitude with a willingness to learn
