Architect Job in Putney, London

An Architect or Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available in Putney, London! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing high-end residential practice working on luxury residential and hospitality projects across London and an active project in Saudi Arabia. Arabic language skills and knowledge of UK and Saudi Arabian building regulations are essential for this role.

Established in 2019, our client is entering an important stage of growth. You'll join a collaborative team delivering outstanding design-led projects across London's most exclusive areas and internationally. The practice offers full architectural services, including interior design.

Role & Responsibilities

Working on high-end residential and hospitality projects in London's prime locations and a live project in Saudi Arabia
Managing projects across all RIBA stages from inception to completion
Preparing and developing drawings using AutoCAD
Regular liaison with English and Arabic-speaking clients
Attending site visits and overseeing site coordination
Applying and complying with UK and Saudi Arabian building regulations and standards.Required Skills & Experience

Qualified Architect (ARB registered) or Experienced Part II Architectural Assistant
Fluent Arabic language skills (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and working knowledge of Saudi Arabian codes
Minimum 1 year of UK professional experience in the high-end residential, refurbishment, or hospitality sectors
Strong AutoCAD skills
Appreciation for classical architecture and luxury interiors
Confident hand sketching skills for presentations.What you get back

Salary of £33,000 - £48,000
21 days holiday + bank holidays
Discretionary bonus
Office hours are 9am to 6pm
