Job Title: Prosecutions Administration Assistant
Location: Lincolnshire Police HQ, Nettleham
Contract: 3-month temporary contract
Hours: 37 per week (Monday-Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30)
Rate: £15.49 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role:
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of Lincolnshire Police for a Prosecutions Administration Assistant to support the Criminal Justice Services team. This is a key administrative role contributing to the efficient progression of case files and court-related documentation across the force.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative support to the Prosecutions Unit

Process prosecution files and associated legal documentation

Liaise with internal departments and external agencies (e.g. CPS, Courts)

Ensure timely and accurate case updates on internal systems

Maintain confidential records and uphold data protection standards

Assist in the preparation of files for court presentation

Requirements:

Strong administrative background, ideally within legal, criminal justice or public sector settings

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven organisational skills and ability to work under pressure

Knowledge of police systems or court processes (desirable but not essential)
