Herd Manager Role

Work with a well-established dairy farm focused on excellent animal care and sustainable practices. Your key responsibilities will include:

Managing milking routines and grassland/grazing plans

Overseeing fertility, herd health, and youngstock

Ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records

*

Leading and supporting farm teams to continually improve herd performance

*

Working closely with owners and advisors to develop the business

Herdsperson Role

Support herd management and day-to-day farm operations, including:

Assisting with milking and feeding routines

Monitoring herd health and welfare

*

Helping with youngstock care and general maintenance

Working closely with the Herd Manager and wider team
