• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with telephony in financial services
• Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage high volumes of complaints
• Empathy for vulnerable customers
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Nice to Have:

• Background in motor finance or dealership complaints
• Knowledge of FCA, DISP, CRA guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCSE English (Grade C or above)
• Experience in complaints handling within financial services
