We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join a warm, well-established nursery in North West London. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early years education and confident in leading a team to deliver high-quality childcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the room team to deliver high-quality care and learning
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate stimulating activities aligned with the EYFS
• Maintain strong safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards
• Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
• Create a nurturing and engaging environment for children to thrive

Requirements

• Level 3 or above in Childcare/Early Years
• Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Practitioner
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Warm, caring, and committed approach
