Rate per hour: £20.21 (CIS) or £17.24 per hour (PAYE includes holiday pay) | Up to £34,000 if offered permanent contract

We're recruiting for a Multi Skilled Technician / Maintenance Technician to join a commercial facilities team based in Templecombe, Somerset.

This is a Monday-Friday building maintenance role focused mainly on reactive maintenance along with PPMs (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and general building fabric repairs.

The Role:

Reactive building maintenance (majority of work)

PPMs across a commercial office site

Building fabric work (doors, locks, ceilings, flooring, minor plumbing)

Basic mechanical maintenance

1 in 5 on-call rota once permanent

Requirements:

Multi-skilled building maintenance experience

Mechanical experience desirable

Commercial or facilities maintenance background preferred

Basic DBS required

Must pass BPSS clearance
