Are you an organised and detail-driven professional with experience in financial services?

Our client, a growing and highly regarded Wealth Management firm, is seeking a Financial Administrator to support advisers and ensure the smooth running of the advice process.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 12+ months’ financial services experience who is looking to build their career in a professional and supportive environment.

The Role

As Financial Administrator, you will play a key part in delivering a first-class client experience by:

  • Preparing and processing new business applications and client documentation
  • Gathering information to support the preparation of suitability reports
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client files on Plannr back-office system
  • Producing and issuing Letters of Authority, liaising with providers, and gathering plan information
  • Arranging annual review meetings and preparing valuations and pre-meeting packs
  • Handling new prospect enquiries in a professional, client-focused manner
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA and internal procedures at all times
  • Supporting advisers and the wider team with workload and priorities

About You

Minimum 12 months’ experience in the financial services industry

Solid understanding of financial products and the advice process

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Confident using financial planning systems (experience with Plannr desirable)
