An international school based in the heart of the West End are currently seeking a Night Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. This a well renowned organisation with high standards and an excellent reputation. They have great staff retention and are friendly and supportive.

This role is to work 3pm -11:30pm (Monday - Saturday, 5 days a week)

Customer Service:

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests at all times.
• Listen carefully and communicate clearly with customers and internal team members.
• Handle enquiries professionally and courteously, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.

Knowledge and Coordination:

• Stay up-to-date with current courses and workshops offered by the school to provide accurate information to customers.
• Register new students or customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Coordinate the preparation of internal and external events.
• Prepare student lists and relevant documents.

Administrative Tasks:

• Contribute to effective working by supporting different departments within the organisation.
• Describe courses and school information briefly over the phone.
• Manage stock of boutique products.
• Ensure the building is closed and locked securely.
