About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with a mechanical bias to join our on-site facilities team at a high-profile pharmaceutical office site in Luton. This is a static role in a clean, modern, and professional environment—perfect for someone seeking a stable, long-term position.

You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of building systems, carrying out both planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works

*

Supporting HVAC systems, pumps, valves, and general plant equipment

*

Minor plumbing tasks and general building services support

*

Liaising with contractors and supporting the wider on-site FM team

What You'll Need

*

Recognised mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)

*

Experience working within commercial building maintenance

*

Solid fault-finding skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude
