About the Role
- Join a dedicated Wills, Probate, and Estate Planning team comprising 3 partners and 7 fee-earners across the firm
- Manage your own caseload focusing primarily on Wills and Probate matters, with opportunities to gain exposure to Trusts, Court of Protection, and Estate Planning under supervision
- Work independently while benefiting from a strong, established team for support
- Contribute to business development and help raise the firm's profile in the Romsey market
- Embody and promote the firm's values through excellent client care and teamwork
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience handling a variety of Wills and Probate matters; the firm is flexible regarding the level of experience due to an established existing team
- Existing knowledge of the Romsey market along with networking and business development skills would be advantageous
- A committed team player with enthusiasm to collaborate and grow the department
- STEP qualification or willingness to work towards this accreditation is desirable
