The Role:

The Supply Chain Co-ordinator supports the Procurement Manager and wider procurement team in ensuring the effective and ethical flow of goods and materials across the supply chain. This role focuses on providing administrative and operational support, maintaining accurate records, liaising with suppliers, and helping ensure compliance with ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.

What will you be doing?

* Responsible for the coordinating of purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules.

* Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement documentation

* Monitor stock levels and support material planning based on business needs and production schedules.

* Liaise with internal departments (e.g. warehouse, technical, transport, production) to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.

* Maintain up-to-date procurement and supplier data in relevant systems and spreadsheets.

* Support with goods-in checks and proper documentation of deliveries.

* Ensure stock is stored safely and in accordance with internal procedures.

* Marking up pallets, ensuring a lot number has been added, to go out to processing customers

* Serve as a day-to-day contact for routine supplier queries and coordination.

* Help schedule deliveries and monitor adherence to lead times and quality standards.

* Assist in onboarding new suppliers, ensuring completion of compliance checks and administrative setup.

What will you bring to the party?

* Strong administrative and organisational skills.

* Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain operations.

* Comfortable working with data and using spreadsheets

* High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

* Prior experience in a procurement, supply chain, or warehouse environment preferred not essential
