Location: Dartford

Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 + bonus

Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of the Estimator - Facades will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with cladding across a range of projects commercial and residential projects
• Reviewing tender enquiries to gain an understanding of project requirements
• Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
• Liaise with suppliers and manufactures to obtain competitive prices
• Carrying out site surveys as and when required
• Producing formal quotations to clients
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
• Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Facades with:

• Must have estimating experience with cladding such as rainscreen and curtain walling
• Ideally have experience across other parts of building envelope such as Glass Reinforced Concrete, Brickslips, Terracotta, Renders, Aluminium and High-Pressure Laminate (HPL)
• Understanding of Bluebeam software package
• High levels of organisation and excellent time management
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
