Are you a passionate and experienced SEN teacher looking for your next opportunity? Education Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs teacher to join a well-respected SEN school in Derby. This rewarding role is to start as soon as possible and will continue until the end of the academic year.

Our clients mission focuses on recognizing and celebrating the uniqueness of each child, particularly those with special educational needs. They aim to empower these children by providing tailored support and interventions, ensuring they can achieve their full potential alongside their peers. School specialises in autism, communication disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties. Through our work we have also developed skills in achieving significant progress and successful outcomes for children and young people with Prader Willi Syndrome.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of pupils with a range of additional needs. You will be working as SEN Teacher in a supportive and purpose-driven environment, delivering tailored learning experiences that inspire and engage.

What we're looking for:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Proven experience working in SEN settings

* Strong understanding of complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, or MLD

* Adaptability, resilience, and a nurturing approach

* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

* Classroom experience as SEN Teacher
