- Proven experience working with children with autism and learning disabilities
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorships offered)
What will you be doing? As a Children's Residential Support Worker, your day will involve providing direct support to children, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work as part of a team, collaborating to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.

- Implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with other professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any significant incidents
