Our client is seeking a proactive Lettings Coordinator to support their busy team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Handle incoming enquiries from prospective tenants, delivering a professional and friendly service.
- Viewings Management: Book, coordinate, and conduct property viewings.
- Property Marketing: Prepare and update property particulars, ensuring listings are accurate and engaging.
- Online Advertising: Manage and maintain property adverts across key portals.
- Tenancy Administration: Produce and manage tenancy documentation in line with current legislation.
- Deposits Handling: Process tenant deposits and ensure correct registration with approved deposit protection schemes.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records.
- Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
- Property Inspections: Assist the Property Manager with inspections where required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience within residential lettings is desirable.
- Knowledge of the local area (Bristol) would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
