Working between 9:00am – 4:00pm across four days, including Fridays

Are you an organised and personable Lettings professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity with a leading independent agent?

Our client is seeking a proactive Lettings Coordinator to support their busy team. This is a varied and fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys dealing with people, managing enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Handle incoming enquiries from prospective tenants, delivering a professional and friendly service.
  • Viewings Management: Book, coordinate, and conduct property viewings.
  • Property Marketing: Prepare and update property particulars, ensuring listings are accurate and engaging.
  • Online Advertising: Manage and maintain property adverts across key portals.
  • Tenancy Administration: Produce and manage tenancy documentation in line with current legislation.
  • Deposits Handling: Process tenant deposits and ensure correct registration with approved deposit protection schemes.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records.
  • Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Property Inspections: Assist the Property Manager with inspections where required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience within residential lettings is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the local area (Bristol) would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of work.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
