SEN Teaching Assistants in the Stevenage area !!

We are delighted to be able to offer SEN Teaching Assistant roles, part-time, full time or ad hoc supply days, working with pupils with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD & Autism.

These opportunities are exciting for anyone wishing to be part of a dedicated team and with a strong desire to develop children's learning and improve their life chances.

You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a positive outlook to facilitate the children reaching their full potential. Experience of working with Special Educational Needs would be an advantage although not essential. Ideally you will be patient and calm, with a consistent and positive approach to managing pupils' behaviour and a good understanding of how children learn.

* A good imagination to develop the children's learning through play.

* The ability to use their initiative and facilitate individual children's learning.
