We are actively seeking an experienced Admin Officer to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last an initial 12 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Administration Officer
Location: Gloucestershire
Pay rate: £16 to £19 per hour on an Umbrella basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Raise repairs on prison sites

* Allocate work to Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters and Cleaners

* Use IT systems including CAFM

* Liaise with contractors and sort permits to work

* Raise POs and deal with contractor invoices
