We are recruiting for a Registered Manager (or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead a brand new therapeutic Children's Residential Home supporting young children with emotional and behavioural needs, including complex behaviours.

Requirements:

Experience in a Children's Residential setting

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations

*

Level 5 Diploma (or working towards)

*

Passion for therapeutic care and behaviour support

*

Full UK driving licence
