We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit to a permanent Asbestos Surveyor. The purpose of the role will be to lead and support the delivery of their asbestos compliance service across domestic and non-domestic properties

Duties of the Asbestos Surveyor:

• Liaising with colleagues, contractors and surveyors, ensuring that asbestos-related risks are managed effectively, in line with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012
• Conducting asbestos surveys
• Preparing reports
• Supporting refurbishment projects
• Reviewing RAMS
• Providing technical advice

Requirements of the Asbestos Surveyor:

• BOHS P402 (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years asbestos surveying experience
