Electrical Bias Multi Skilled Engineer
Salary: £53,625 + Excellent Benefits Package
Shift Pattern: Early/Back Rotational (Average 34.75 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on a range of automated equipment and systems

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely manner to minimise downtime

Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks in line with schedules

Support installation and commissioning of new machinery or upgrades

Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

Ensure all work complies with site safety standards and regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance

What We're Looking For:

Time-served engineer with a strong electrical bias and multi-skilled capability

Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, ONC/HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering)

Solid understanding of PLCs, automation systems, and control panels

Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams

Proven experience in a fast-paced, industrial environment

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Proactive attitude and commitment to high standards of work and safety

Shift Pattern:

Early Shift:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm

Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Back Shift:

Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

Friday: OFF
