We have an amazing opportunity for a Multi-Trader based in the Bristol and Bath area - £22 per hour and local work as apart of the Voids team.As the Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

• Repair and maintenance within void properties.
• General day to days include: Carpentry, Tiling, Patch Plastering, Painting and Decorating

The Multi Trade person will receive in return:

• £22 per hour
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (Overtime available)
• Weekly payments on a Friday (CIS or PAYE)

The successful Multi Trade person will:

• NVQ or time served (in void properties)
• Social Housing Experience
• Own transport and tools
