Vehicle Technician

Location: Gatwick
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 OTE
Hours: Monday to Friday (no weekends)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy and professional workshop near Gatwick. This position offers excellent earning potential and a strong work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours only.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard

*

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults

*

Complete MOT preparation and repairs (if qualified)

*

Use diagnostic equipment and workshop systems effectively

*

Complete job cards and documentation accurately

*

Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment

Requirements

*

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)

*

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician

*

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

*

Full UK driving licence

*

MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential)

*

Reliable, professional and team-focused
