Fencer (Social Housing Repairs)
Birmingham - Mobile Role - Monday to Friday
£30,000 + 6k bonus + 1k per week call out + electric or diesel vehicle + 24 days holiday + BH

A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Fencer to join their growing team, covering a social housing repairs mobile contract across Birmingham.

The Role

As the Fencer, you'll play a crucial role in the following:

* Working in a mobile role, you will cover social housing repairs in Birmingham.

* Carrying out all aspects of reactive repairs and general fencing work to a high standard with minimal supervision.

* This is a multi-trade role so other aspects of basic maintenance may be required.

* A global facilities management company. covering a social housing contract across Birmingham. (1 covering west and 1 covering east).

* You will be working in the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in the role of Roofer, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

* Previous experience as a Fencer.

* Worked in social housing previously or housing repairs.

* Full UK Driving License.

* Able to pass an enhanced DBS.

* Commutable distance of Birmingham.
