A local authority client of mine is seeking two Interim Estates Surveyors to join the Property and Estates team. You will play a key role in the effective management of our diverse property portfolio, supporting the delivery of high-quality, value-for-money estate management services across the authority.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a varied portfolio of assets.

* Undertake rent reviews, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant negotiations.

* Support strategic property projects and contribute to the council's asset management plan.

* Liaise with internal service departments, external tenants, and partners to ensure efficient property use and compliance.

About You:

* Commercially minded property professional

* Proven experience in property or estate management

* Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, and property transactions.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

* The ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
