Are you an experienced Toolmaker with solid CNC programming and operating skills? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our precision engineering team, focusing on the production of high-quality tooling and component parts.

The Role

As a Toolmaker, you'll be responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to manufacture a variety of parts including:

Fixtures
Tooling
Press tools
Componentry
Occasional rework of existing components
This is a hands-on production role.

Key Responsibilities

Program and operate CNC machines (training provided on our specific equipment)
Manufacture precision parts to tight tolerances
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Contribute to the development of tooling solutions for production needs
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Toolmaker with CNC machining background
Confident in programming and operating CNC machines (generic knowledge required)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tooling design
Attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team
Training & Development

We will provide training on the specific machines and systems we use - however, candidates must bring a solid base of CNC programming and operating experience to succeed in this role
