MUST HAVE: Marketo Certification
We are looking for a talented professional to play a key role in building and maintaining the Company's marketing operations infrastructure that will support our lead generation and conversion programming, customer retention goals, and database integrity initiatives.
The Marketo Specialist will work with other members of the Marketing, Sales, and Business Development teams as well as an established array of strategic and tactical vendors to drive revenue objectives across net new acquisition, retention, and new channels.
- Build brand awareness through each marketing support activity
- Increase traffic to the Company's eCommerce channels
- Build pipeline and revenue objectives through each marketing activity
- Increase prospect and customer subscription and engagement objectives through each marketing activity
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and prospects
- Create customer and prospect surveys and brainstorm methods of increasing response rates
- Track and manage marketing lead flow in the Company's CRM to ensure appropriate individuals are following up with campaign efforts in a timely manner
- Perform duties pertaining to the Company's online channels, including eBay, and third marketplace
- Perform duties pertaining to the Company's vertical channels, including government and education
