Skillsbay Limited is a specialist recruitment agency delivering top-tier talent to public sector and enterprise clients. We're now looking to grow our footprint within the UK public sector by securing places on government frameworks such as G-Cloud, DOS, and CCS.

The Role:
We're looking for an experienced Frameworks & Bids Consultant who can guide us through the process of registering for relevant public sector frameworks and support us in preparing successful bids.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and complete registrations for government procurement portals (e.g. Jaggaer, Atamis, Proactis)

*

Lead the application process for frameworks such as G-Cloud 14, DOS 7, CCS RM6277, and NHS SBS

*

Prepare and submit high-quality PQQs, ITTs, and compliance documentation

*

Develop compelling service descriptions and advise on pricing strategy

*

Liaise with procurement bodies and respond to clarification questions where required

What We're Looking For:

*

Demonstrable experience successfully registering companies onto UK government frameworks

*

Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, scoring models, and bid structures

*

Able to manage full bid lifecycle including compliance checks, stakeholder coordination, and submission

*

Familiarity with G-Cloud, DOS, and Crown Commercial Service frameworks is essential

*

Self-starter with excellent written communication and attention to detail
