An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a Deputy Manager role within a well-established 60-bed EMI care home in Haverfordwest.

The service is rated Good across all domains by Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), including Leadership & Management, and offers a supportive and well-led working environment.

The Role

40 hours per week:

16 hours supernumerary management

*

24 hours clinical on the floor

*

Support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operations

*

Provide strong clinical leadership to nursing and care teams

*

Ensure compliance with CIW regulations and best practice

*

Support audits, governance, and quality improvement

*

Promote high standards of person-centred EMI care

The Ideal Candidate

*

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)

*

Experience within EMI / dementia care settings

*

Previous senior nurse or deputy experience (desirable)

Strong leadership and clinical governance skills
