A welcoming secondary school in Hackney is looking to appoint a Graduate Maths Intervention Assistant to help raise attainment in Mathematics. This role is perfect for a Maths graduate with aspirations of becoming a teacher or tutor.

Responsibilities:* Deliver targeted Maths interventions to small groups and individuals* Support classroom teaching and reinforce key learning objectives* Help students develop problem-solving skills and exam preparation strategies* Work with teachers to identify gaps in learning and provide tailored support* Track and record student progress

Requirements:* Maths-related degree (or strong mathematical background)* Passionate about supporting young people to succeed in Maths* Patient, clear communicator with excellent subject knowledge* Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is desirable
