Are you an experienced Internal Account Manager with exceptional customer service skills looking to be rewarded and recognised for your performance?

In this key role, you'll manage a portfolio of around 70 customers, driving service excellence, retention, and growth.

About the RoleAs an Internal Account Manager, you'll manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers. Working closely with sales, operations, and support teams, you'll:

Act as the main point of contact for customer queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Monitor service performance and proactively address issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Coordinate delivery of revenue, volume, and margin targets.
Support contract management, pricing updates, and service level reviews.
Produce reports for customers and internal stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and stay informed on Whistl's product offerings.

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt to various audiences.
Confident in managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.
Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments.
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and creating reports.
Experience in account management, customer service, or similar client-facing roles is desirable.Education:

A-Level (or Level 3 qualification) or equivalent work experience.Additional Info:

You'll be based at our Bolton office, with hybrid working opportunities available following the completion of the initial probationary period.
