A superb opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancer to join an established, CLC regulated, multi-office law firm who specialise in property law, with an outstanding reputation locally and who offer an exceptional service to their clients.

You will be joining a high-calibre and experienced property team and now is a great time to join the team as they continue in their ambitious growth plans and keep building on their success.

Responsibilities:
* As the Conveyancer, you will deal with the full range of residential conveyancing which will include:-
 Sale and purchase
 Freehold and leasehold
 Remortgages
 Right to buy
 Shared ownership
 All property related matters

Requirements:
* You will be a Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
* Strong residential conveyancing background
* Used to working within a busy team environment
* Excellent communication and IT skills
