Full time, permanent role
Hammersmith, London
Widely recognised as one of the UK’s leading independent schools, St Paul’s Girls’ School combines exceptional academic standards with a bold, creative ethos that encourages students to explore, challenge and innovate. We are now seeking an experienced Resourcing Manager to shape the future of our workforce and elevate our recruitment strategy across teaching and professional services roles.
In this newly developed position, you’ll lead our end‑to‑end recruitment function, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and driving a high‑quality, candidate‑centred experience. You’ll develop our employer brand, implement best‑practice and drive continuous improvement.
A key part of the role will be championing Safer Recruitment and ensuring full compliance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE), including ownership of the Single Central Register and oversight of all pre‑employment checks.
You’ll bring strong stakeholder management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. Line managing the Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement, digital efficiency and service excellence.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Significant experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of resourcing best practice, workforce planning and talent pipeline development
- The ability to analyse recruitment data, identify trends and drive improvements
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
- A commitment to inclusive recruitment and high professional standards
Experience in the education sector is welcome but not essential.
