Key Responsibilities:

Specifying and coordinating ad-hoc reporting and analysis of Performance and Reward (P&R) data, ensuring output meets the desired requirements and is high quality
Creating and managing solutions to enable accurate and timely compensation reporting, budgeting, modelling and planning in Excel and/or Access
Contributing to the production and sign off of high quality communication or reference materials to support managers and employees in the use of any P&R product or process e.g. HR Connect pages, system guides, manager frequently asked questions (FAQs), HR Direct training etc.
Providing hands on support and expert advice for P&R product specialists and Divisional Reward on global delivery and rollout of products, processes or policies e.g. project tracking, planning etc.
Managing the delivery and implementation of P&R Management Information (MI) products supporting processes across the Bank, from launch through to post implementation review
Understanding the P&R systems in depth and working alongside HR technology teams and external vendors to lead the delivery of new products improvements and enhancements as needed e.g. dbPerform, dbPrism and Reward Platform(Beqom)
Managing and supporting data audits and cleanses as required and ensuring any follow up actions are completed on time
Carrying out any other relevant P&R activities as required

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong analytical and reporting skills, experience in Dashboard design, Data visualization techniques and automation of data feeds
Experienced in a MI\Reporting environment (HR\Finance experience beneficial)
Experience in handling large data sets, combining data from multiple sources
Strong MS Excel and Access skills
Good working knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic Application)
Experience in large multisite / global organisations
A consultative and collaborative approach to problem solving
Experience in process design and improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information
