Branta Recruitment are seeking a motivated Air Conditioning Improver to join our growing team, working alongside experienced AC Engineers to deliver maintenance services across a portfolio of commercial buildings in the North West.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in AC or building services who is looking to develop their skills, gain hands-on experience, and progress within the industry.

The Role:

Work alongside qualified AC Engineers on commercial maintenance tasks.

*

Assist with servicing, fault-finding, and repairs of air conditioning systems.

*

Gain exposure to a wide range of commercial sites and equipment.

*

Support with mobile call-outs across the North West.

*

Learn and develop technical skills while working towards independence.

What We're Looking For:

*

Some prior experience in AC, HVAC, or building services (college/apprenticeship background advantageous).

*

Willingness to learn and progress within the trade.

*

A proactive, hands-on approach and good communication skills.

*

Full UK driving licence (essential, as this is a mobile role).
