With strong investment, a top-tier quality culture and a long-standing reputation for excellence, they're now looking to recruit an ambitious Quality Manager to take ownership of their Quality function and continue driving exceptional standards.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a highly audited environment (BRC AA++), ideal for someone who wants real influence, autonomy, and the chance to shape a high-performing QA team.

The Role

As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, legality and compliance at all times. You'll maintain a fully audit-ready facility, lead the QA team, and continuously improve systems, documentation and operational standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, implement and maintain the full Quality Management System
• Conduct and lead internal audits
• Manage and develop the QA team
• Support customer, supplier, first-party and third-party audits

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years' experience as a Quality Manager in food manufacturing.
• Understanding of BRC, HACCP, and major retailer standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate and develop.
