A qualified architect with significant post-qualification experience and a strong portfolio of delivered projects
Excellent knowledge of the Birmingham market
Demonstrated leadership in a design-focused role, ideally within a multidisciplinary or architectural practice
Strong communication and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring colleagues and engaging clients
A clear passion for sustainable and socially responsible design

Lead project teams and act as the principal consultant within wider design collaborations
Manage project programmes, budgets and quality, ensuring exceptional design outcomes aligned with the practice's core values
Support and mentor team members, nurturing talent and promoting a collaborative studio culture
Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong, trusted relationships
