You be will liaising with the directors, site manager and contract managers and will be expected to complete duties assigned to you. You will provide customers with quotations and build relationships with suppliers/clients.

Client Details

Our client has established themselves in the washroom industry since 2014, quickly turning over £7 million in the last 7 years. Specialising in projects within educational institutions and large commercial offices across the UK, our client is constantly expanding and has experience working on million pound projects with quick completion.


Main duties:

  • Preparing, calculating, and issuing official quotations to potential customers
  • Answer tender enquiries
  • Develop/maintain the document management system
  • Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support
  • Ensure control and coordination of projects documentation and data
  • Assistance in the preparation collation and issue of reports and registers as may be required
  • Communicate and liaise with Project Teams, Suppliers/3rd parties to agree standards, systems, efficient flow of documentation, handover and close-out of project activity to ensure consistency in document control
  • Other relevant duties/tasks as directed by Directors, Contract Managers/Site Managers
  • Answering phones & taking messages
