Production Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location: Bredbury (Stockport)

Are you a seasoned leader with a knack for fostering a culture of safety and excellence? Our client is seeking a proactive Production Manager to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to spearhead health and safety initiatives, cultivate a positive work environment, and drive continuous improvement within our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.

* Lead and motivate a dedicated team towards achieving production targets.

* Utilise your engineering background to troubleshoot and optimize production processes.

Desired Skills:

* Experience with injection moulding tools (preferred but not mandatory).

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production setting.

* Strong background in engineering.

* Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and inspire teams.

Working Hours:

* Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

* Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
