An exciting and challenging opportunity to be responsible for managing the operations of our HR services, ensuring exceptional service quality, the development of new initiatives and the maintenance of strong working relationships. What you will be doing......You will be developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will be bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.  You will also be managing the recruitment and selection process in addition to managing onboarding and induction processes.On the training side, you will be upskilling and managing colleagues within the HR department.  You will drive the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the HR team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver high-quality services. You will lead the HR team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a positive work environment.  You will be enforcing company policies and practices.  Future planning will include facilitating an active succession and development planning for key roles. You will lead projects in-line with business requirements and stay up to date with industry trends, changes in employment law, and emerging HR practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the department.What's in it for you?

What you will offer.....
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from a healthcare sector with an understanding of CQC and Ofsted inspections
  • Onsite 5-days a week
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Capability in creating a healthy work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and collaboration among employees.
  • A CIPD qualification or equivalent occupational experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent listener and communicator
