Our client, a well known manufacturer based in Little Melton, are seeking an experienced candidate to help on their growing production line. As a Production Line Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients products are manufactured to the highest standards. You will be part of a dynamic team working on the production line, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress into machine operator roles following a successful temporary to permanent period.
Key Responsibilities:- Assisting with the preparation, cooking, and packaging of crisps
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues promptly
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives on the production line
- Following all health and safety guidelines
Working Hours & Pattern:- Shift hours: 06:00 to 18:00 (12-hour shifts)
- 60 minutes of unpaid split breaks during the shift
- Work schedule: 4 days on, 1 day off, Monday to Friday
