People (HR) Admin Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and experienced People (HR) Admin Assistant to join our busy and supportive People Team. This long-term temporary role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working independently, and is confident in handling a variety of administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the People Team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support data entry tasks.
  • Assist with onboarding processes and general HR documentation.
  • Respond to queries and support internal stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Help the team stay organised and efficient during a busy period.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in a People/HR administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • A fast learner with excellent initiative and problem-solving ability.
  • Confident working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable using HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
