Insurance Renewals Executive – Milton Keynes - £35k - £42k uncapped commission

Our client is a well-established Insurance company based in Milton Keynes, due to continued growth and expansion they are now looking to recruit an Account Executive within their renewals department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Research and communicate up to date policy information
• Advise clients on the policy cover, terms and conditions etc.
• Dealing with client queries effectively and efficiently
• Identify up and cross-sell opportunities
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurers

Skills and Experience

• Renewals experience within the insurance sector is essential
• Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• CII Cert is essential

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm (work from home 2 days a week after training)
