Our client are a specialist independent lettings company based in Loughton and South Woodford, this position is to join the team at the busy and friendly Loughton office. You must be an excellent communicator and be able to deliver the highest standard of customer service to clients. You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.Salary and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Basic: £18,000 to £22,000 DOE
• OTE: £30,000 to £35,000
• Car Allowance £2,000
• Mon to Fri 8.45am to 6pm every Saturday with a day back in lieu (5 day week)

Key responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator role include:

• Carry out viewings with prospective tenants
• Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
• Handle daily enquiries via calls, emails and visits
• Arrange the Inventory Check Ins of new properties and arrange Check Outs
• Deal with day to day property maintenance issues and queries
• Organise renewal of safety certificates and remedial works during the tenancy
• Carry out property inspections
• Manage the end of tenancy, including the return of deposits
• Deal with Tenancy Agreements and renewal paperwork

The skills and experience required for the role of Lettings Negotiator include:

• The ability to demonstrate a positive and energetic attitude with the drive and ambition to succeed
• Good IT skills
• To be able to display high standards of service and presentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a busy, target driven environment as part of a team
• Strong organisation skills and a meticulous attention to detail
• Have a 'can-do' attitude and adopt a proactive approach
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong local knowledge and live within a 15 mile radius of Loughton
• Hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car
